1. Scope
These terms apply to the website nodebuilt.com, the free workflow templates we publish, and our channels, operated by Oleg Alles, Nodebuilt (84032 Altdorf, Deutschland).
2. Content
Our videos, articles and templates are educational. We test the workflows we show, but prices, product features and third-party APIs change. Always verify costs, limits and legal requirements for your own use case before running an automation in production.
3. Free templates
You may use, modify and deploy our free n8n templates for personal and commercial purposes. You may not resell or republish them as your own template collection. Templates are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
4. Third-party services
Our content refers to third-party tools (e.g. n8n, Anthropic, Twilio, Airtable, Google, Meta). Their own terms apply. Our YouTube channel uses YouTube API Services; by using YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data, including the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Affiliate links and sponsorships
Some links may be affiliate links; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Sponsored content is always labelled as such.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Liability under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.
7. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
